House, Senate lawmakers move to slap limits on NGOs aiding illegal immigrants amid Trump funding crackdown

A Texas lawmaker is reintroducing legislation to revoke tax exempt status from NGOs that do not certify they are not assisting with human smuggling or trafficking.
